Wookio Terms, Conditions, Refund Policy, and Delivery Timelines

Production and delivery timeline on all products:

Wookio operates on a 10-day (two week) production cycle for most products. Once you have ordered your product you will receive confirmation of the successful purchase. Please be aware that the timeline may be subject to change if our production team is at full capacity. Once your order is ready for dispatch or pickup, a notification email will be sent to you. We take pride in the the quality of our products and we do not do bulk production. Each product is cared for and quality is assured at all time.  We do it right!

Each product is sent via courier to your door.  Courier delivery times are between 2-4 working days from the date of collection.

We deliver across South Africa, and delivery is free for all orders above R1500!
Delivery of orders under R1500 are R160.

All deliveries are straight to your door.  For deliveries we do need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be available to receive the package.  Packages cannot be sent to a PO Box address.

On the day we dispatch your order, we will send you tracking info. You will be able to view the progress of your delivery via this link  https://track.uafrica.com/ . If you notice any irregularities, please notify us. It is vital that the contact number for the recipient is used in the event the courier needs to call. 

International Shipping:

International Shipping can be arranged, but it is not a standard option at this time. For any international deliveries please liaise with us before placing an order.  A quote will then be obtained and communicated with you. All international deliveries will be at your own risk.  

Although Wookio will do our best to deliver error free service, we cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver for any reason whatsoever. Agreeing to pay for delivery does not guarantee the service, but we will make every attempt to resolve any challenges.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. 

If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item sent to info@nataschavniekerk.com. A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you. 

If you receive your purchase and you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel at info@nataschavniekerk.com. The items must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the items have been received back, we will refund you the purchase price in full. 

At Wookio, we do not do mass production of our products. This approach makes it possible for us to have a vast library of options available to you and we are also able to increase our number of products consistently. Each product is manufactured for you!

If you receive a product and it is damaged we will replace it at our cost. There is however a process involved. We require that you inform us of the damage within three days of delivery at info@wookio.com.  Please include a photo of the damaged product. We will then arrange a courier to collect the time from you and we will initiate the production of an exact replacement of your order. The timeline to manufacture the replacement will be the same timeline as with your original order and could take up to 14 days.

Before you purchase your item please ensure that you have chosen the correct options. The most important part is for you to use the measurements that are on our Product information page to measure the space where you want the product to be displayed and to be sure that it is what you require. We cannot replace an item due to an incorrect size option being selected.  Replacements will only be on damaged products and the replacements will be with the exact product ordered originally.

Each order is  reviewed before production begins. Wookio will at all times have the right to fix any errors during the order and payment process. If an error occurs during this process the error will be corrected and communicated with the purchaser. If an error occurs with regard to price or discount Wookio will have the right to correct the amount and communicate this with the purchase who will then have the choice of continuing with the purchase at the corrected amount. Wookio will apply a 10% discount in such cases as a way to apologise to the purchaser.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

If you receive a product that is different from what you have ordered please inform us immediately, within 2 days of receiving the product.  Please provide us with a photo of the incorrect item. We will investigate immediately.  The production of the item you ordered will then start immediately. We will send a courier to collect the incorrect item from you.  Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. The correct order will then be produced and sent to you.  The timeline for the production will start as soon as we have confirmed that the incorrect item was sent to you. We trust that this would never happen, and will make every effort that this is not ever something that we need to do!

After 3 days of receiving your product we will know that there are no issues and no replacements will be considered.


We print on a high specification printers, and all orders are QC checked prior to dispatch we know that you will love your product for years to come! We make EVERY effort to produce a PREMIUM product for you. 

Please note that we make every effort to ensure that the colour of the image you see on your screen is as close to the final product as possible. However, there are many instances that the image that you see on your screen, with specific settings, may be slightly different from the original image, it is also possible that the material on which the image is printed impact the colour slightly.
